Experience
Much of my experience has been based in both non-profit organizations and psychiatric hospital settings where I’ve had the opportunity to support children, teens, and adults navigating a wide range of mental health and behavioral challenges. I began doing therapy as an intern during graduate school where I deepened my skills in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and collaborative treatment planning. These experiences have shaped my approach to therapy and have led me to prioritize creating safe, supportive spaces where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and build lasting resilience.

Personal Statement

It’s easy to feel like your worries are too big, too small, or too strange to share. Maybe you’ve been judged and dismissed by others, leading you to pull away. Sometimes, it’s simply the small things piling up, or the uncertainty of not knowing what comes next. Whatever brought you here, I’m glad you came—and I’d be honored to support you.
My approach is strengths-based and grounded in compassion. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard. I’m here to support meaningful change by encouraging open communication, honoring your sense of choice, and helping you develop effective coping strategies. I believe in empowering you to take the lead in your healing, and I’ll be here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
